Nerve pain

Well it was not the best two weeks. Groin/low abdominal nerve were flaring. The best I can decipher is I moved in a way that caused the nerve to be pinched. The issue causes bladder spasms. I get a constant pinching or shooting pain the area of a palm on the lower right above leg crease. Traveling or walking during a episode is pretty non-exixtent. I treat with red light mat, turmeric, arnica pain tablets, rest & hydration. Today is starting out pain free, but with a light spasming.
