Listening to My Body (and Letting It Rest)

Hi all — the last few days have been rather odd.
I’ve been extremely tired, a little crabby, and lol… definitely scatterbrained. You know that foggy, off-kilter feeling where nothing is wrong, but nothing feels quite right either? That was me.
After slowing down and checking in with myself, I realized I was a tad dehydrated. So I made a few simple adjustments: more water (with a shake of sea salt), and at least one Vita Coco or about 8–10 oz of 100% coconut water each day. I also doubled up on my AlphaBios to give my system a little extra support.
Then came the real clue — when I found myself nodding off at 7:30 last night. Instead of pushing through to my “usual” bedtime, I listened. Lights out earlier than 9, no guilt attached.
This morning? I woke up feeling noticeably more refreshed, clearer, and more like myself.
It was such a good reminder that sometimes the fix isn’t complicated. Hydrate. Replenish. Rest. And most importantly, listen when your body nudges you to slow down.
How was your week? 💧✨
