My first surgery was in 1988, ovarian cyst followed by ebdo surgery 1989. Rx of Provera for a few years, had a reaction & weaned myself off - later found out how bad it was overall. Then it was time to think about having children. Ob/gyn decided a hysterosalpingogram was needed, it was good news no blockages/issues. I was able to conceive and have to amazing children. Fast foward to 2010 & I started having issues with drinking coffee & bladder frequency. That was my first sign of the growing symtoms. Abdominal pains, periods that got heavier, menopause kicked in, and I tried holistic methods, castor oil packs, zyto screenings , researched everything I could. I did not want surgery. I fought through worsening pain until 2015 when I elected for the hysterectomy - I had a lot of endo, and a little organ repair. I opted for a endo specalist in Los Gatos, it was 3 hours to return to a better life. But, thats not what the result was. Posting more in part 2.
